It’s fall right now, and the temperature continues to drop, I eagerly await the arrival of new clothes. Mommy will buy me new outfits all year long, but in the winter time, that’s when I really hit the jackpot. Strangely enough, despite the cooler temperature, this time mommy didn’t get me a new sweater, jacket, or even bandanna.

A red dress! Mommy got me a red dress last Friday, and she made sure to take lots of pictures of me modeling it too. It’s made from a satin-like material that feels nice and cool on my fur. I’m surprised she was able to find that dress in my size, the pet-clothes makers just don’t make them to fit my girlish figure. I think she had to go to the doggy section, but that’s okay. And look, there is a bow with a little jewel on the back too:

Denali has been giving me funny looks for wearing it around the house, but she just doesn’t understand the appeal of clothes. I mean, aside from some of her fancy collars and a few bandannas, you can’t get her to wear anything decent. Mommy put my red dress away though so I wouldn’t wear it out, and now I’m wearing my favorite bandanna. It’s black with white doggy-skeletons, and says “bad to the bone”.
